Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
– The item is damaged during shipping, or
– The item received is incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
– Your order number
– Clear photos of the item and packaging

Approved refunds or replacements will be processed accordingly.

Non-refundable Items

– Change of mind
– Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance (as each item is handmade)
– Shipping fees
